Only businesses such as retailers, basket companies, and promotional companies may become B2B customers. Retail customers will be asked to use the retail site for ordering products.
There are two ways to become a member. You can enter your information in the online application and we will contact you to complete the process. Or, call or email us directly and we can have one of our sales representatives contact you to get you set up.
Once your account is set up, please phone us or email us to make updates to your account. This can include address, contact information, or payment information.
NOTE: Please never send credit card or banking information via email. Just call us!
Most of our products are tax exempt. However, in situations where we have to charge HST on some products, as a business you are able to claim it back as an input tax credit.
The minimum order per product is one full case. Otherwise there is no minimum order size. However, there are minimum order sizes that must be met in order to qualify for free or discounted shipping. These thresholds depend on where in the country you are located, so please contact us and we can let you know the details.

Special requests can be dealt with on a case by case basis.
Depending on where you are in Canada, you can qualify for free shipping by placing an order with a total value above certain thresholds. For lower order sizes, you may still qualify for discounted shipping costs. For smaller orders we will charge you the most competitive rate we can arrange. Details of these costs can be found during the checkout process, or in discussions with your sales representative.
